The Dein of Agbor kingdom HRM, Dr. Benjamin Ikenchuku Keagborekuzi 1 on Thursday, November 3, 2020 during his visit to Park Vega Waterpark clearly stated that the creation of the Waterpark is the best thing that has ever happened in Agbor kingdom, adding that with the existence of the park, Agbor kingdom equals to no kingdom.

While addressing the public, he applauded the CEO and MD of the Water park, Nancy Orji for having conceived and executed such a brilliant and wonderful development in the kingdom, maintaining that she is indeed a true daughter of Agbor kingdom.

Dein appreciated her for bringing development and creating job opportunities to many in his kingdom. He noted that Park Vega is the largest water park in the whole of West Africa and congratulated himself for such a wonderful achievement in his kingdom.

While encouraging other sons and daughters of the kingdom to tread on the same path, he appreciated the parents of the CEO, Sir and Lady Orewa, saying that he is proud of them.

In her address, the CEO and MD of Park Vega water park, Mrs. Nancy Orji appreciated HRM, Dr. Benjamin Ikenchukwu for finding time out of his busy schedule to come and inspect the park. She disclosed that it is historic that the kingdom has shifted from government funded economy to a private sector driven economy.

She noted that Park Vega is a world class water park, a member of International Association of Amusement Park (IAAPA) and World Waterpark Association, saying that it is West African’s First International Standard, adding that they have started receiving recommendations already.

Mrs. Orji pointed out that the tourist centre will serve as a means of improving the revenue of the local government, local businesses, providing direct and indirect job opportunities in Agbor and Ika nation in general, maintaining that they have shown commitment in the development of the community and expansion of business opportunities for the residents within and outside the kingdom. Once again she applauded the king for coming to inspect the tourist centre.

High point of the visitation was a tour round the centre and display of traditional dance.
