Reveals Secret To Long Life, Good Health

Chief Promise Etunim Ofunim Ehiobu the Ihaza of Owa kingdom would be clocking one hundred years old on Friday, October 4, 2024, just as he revealed the secret to his longevity.
Chief Ehiobu in a chat with newsmen at his residence at Owa Ekei, Ika Northeast Local Government Area of Delta State on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, affirmed that by October 4, he would be clocking hundred years.

During the interview, Chief Ehiobu attributed his long life to his unwavering faith in God Almighty. He firmly believes that it is by the grace of God that he has been able to reach this milestone and he is grateful for every day that he wakes up healthy and strong.
But it’s not just his faith in God that has kept him going all these years, Chief Ehiobu also emphasized the importance of integrity and truthfulness in his life. He believes that being honest with oneself and others is a key factor in living a long and fulfilling life.
Throughout the years, the centenarian affirmed that, he has been known for his honesty and integrity in both his personal and professional life, adding that, he gained the respect and admiration of his community and has become a role model for many, young and old alike due to his honesty and truthful nature.
The Owa Palace chief noted that, today, finding honest and trustworthy individuals has become increasingly difficult, but averred that, simple values can go a long way in enhancing the quality of the lives we live today.
As Chief Ehiobu prepares to celebrate his 100th birthday, he stated that, he remains grateful to God for giving him the opportunity to witness another year on this earth. He also expressed his gratitude for the love and support of his family and friends, who have been by his side throughout his journey.
Speaking further, the Ihaza of Owa, described the father of the current Obi of Owa, the late HRM Efeizomor II, as the best monarch among the kings he has had the privilege to encounter whom he noted that he is very proud to have worked with. According to him, he is very happy that his son, the current Obi, HRM Dr. Emmanuel Efeizomor II Obi of Owa, is following his late father’s footsteps, and doing even better.
The centenarian, Chief Ehiobu confirmed that over the years, with his experience in life, what has destroyed the nation Nigeria is corruption. He stated that aside corruption, Nigeria would be one of the best countries in the world to live in.
