EMUHU ELITES HONOUR SON FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

In appreciation of his outstanding contributions to the development of Emuhu Community and its environs, an award of excellence has been presented to Mr. Frank Anumele. Presenting the award on behalf of the Emuhu Elite Association (EEA), Asaba, the Chairman of the Asaba Branch of EEA, Mr. Godwin Meteke, extolled the sterling qualities of Mr. Anumele, describing him as a focused young man who understands the needs of his people.

“As an association, we are happy and appreciate the massive road construction going on in Emuhu and its environs by the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC).

“We commend your efforts at attracting these developments, thereby giving Emuhu a facelift. On this note, we present to you an award of excellence in recognition of your selfless service to the development of Emuhu Community,” he remarked.

He charged him to keep up the good work and not to get tired considering the enormous developmental needs of the community.

While assuring him of the association’s prayers at all times, he called on other illustrious sons and daughters of Emuhu Community at home and in Diaspora to emulate the kind gestures of Mr. Anumele to ensure that Emuhu is transformed into a mega town.

Responding, the awardee expressed gratitude to the association for the honour.

“It gladdens my heart to see that our people appreciate good things. I am particularly proud of the level of development and I am hopeful that things will improve.

“With the rapid development going on in the community, I am now proud to bring my associates home,” he stated.
