FAVOUR SAMUEL WEDS MAFILE JAY KINGSLEY

Former Miss Favour Samuel has been joined in Holy Matrimony with her heartthrob, Mafile Jay Kingsley, both from Aliegwe Quarters of Owa-Alero, Ika North East Local Government.
The Solemnization of Holy Matrimony between Favour and Kingsley took place on Sat, 30th December 2024 at World Action Team for Christ, Boji-Boji Owa.
Addressing the couple in a sermon titled, “Creating System Conducive for Marriage”, Evang. Johnson Moses Adewale reiterated that marriage is not a bed of roses, while enjoining the couple to create a system of tolerance, forgiveness, love and avoidance of interference from family members and friends in order to build a happy and successful union for themselves.
Also, Elder Stephen Okwueze, who supervised the signing of the church’s marriage register, reminded the newly wedded couple that marriage is a sacred union designed by God. He urged them to always reflect on their marriage vows as a renewal of love for each other.
At the reception held at the open field of Ogbemudein Secondary School, Agbor, Ika South LGA, the Chairman of the occasion, Mr. Festus Ogbanzu declared the union of Mr. and Mrs. Mafile Jay Kingsley blessed, saying that he was very proud of them to have hailed from same Aligwe quarters of Owa-Alero London. He further stated that it is very rare to have the bride and the groom come from the same quarter of a community.

According to him, “Marriage is an institution ordained by God in the Garden of Eden to give man a help meet, called woman. Also, the scriptures make us know that he who finds a good wife, find favour in the sight of God”.
Continuing, Mr Ogbanzu enjoined the bride to meditate on Proverbs 25 v10 and apply it to her life enable her to be the best version of herself.
High point of the ceremony was cutting of marriage cake, taking of photographs, dancing by the couple and entertainment of guests with choice wine and sumptuous meals.
