Engr SMART IKHU has done it before with his lean resources and capacity, and will do it again in a Smarter, better and bigger encompassing scope: – Students of tertiary institutions in 2nd and 3rd year level will have some bursary support.

Farmers with up to 1 hectare of farmland, whether as an individual or collectively as a group, will have fertilizer at a significantly subsidized rate. A practicable and improved technical measure to ameliorate the challenges of bush burning and farmland fire accidents will be adopted without delay. An expansive social development and support system will be promoted to engage and enable all youths with hopeful mindset to actualize a dependable and meaningful source of livelihood.

Smoother and smarter means of motor park transportation, clean water, and easily accessible marketplace for trading will all be improved upon with some technological touches. Under the audacious capacity and broomistics strength of APC, the smarter team will sweep away all the impediments and obscurities that had denied Ika south people a faster, reliable and direct access to the centre for the desired dividend of democracy.
