IGBODO KINGDOM HOLDS LIBERATION PRAYER/CRUSADE

The agrarian community of Igbodo Kingdom in Ika North East Local Government Area, on Monday, January 30, 2023, held a liberation prayer crusade with many residents of the Kingdom in attendance including HRM, Barr. Ikechukwu Nkeobikwu Osedume and members of his cabinet.
The yearly event with the theme, “Dealing with blood Covenant”, was held at St. George’s Anglican Church, and was also attended by numerous powerful ministers of God from within and outside Igbodo Kingdom.
The event featured salvation deliverance, destroying the altar of blood and death covenant, prayer for the Obi, and prayer for the youths, amongst others.
The spiritual exercise also saw Prince Gozie Okeke and his team perform live to the admiration of the people
In his opening speech, HRM, Barr. Ikechukwu Nkeobikwu Osedume appreciated the guests and welcomed all present, saying that their coming to Igbodo Kingdom is divine.
HRM Barr. Osedume revealed that last year, they recorded a series of untimely deaths especially among the youths, saying that the death of the youths is not good news for the land, hence they deemed it necessary to organise prayer/crusade.
He reiterated that no community will be happy to witness the frequent occurrence of death among the youths, saying that they are the hope and life wire of any family and community in general.

The revered monarch affirmed that some of the youths have already stained their hands with evil and as such, there is an urgent need for them to repent and be delivered from their evil ways, noting that it is the duty of all present to pray for sons and daughters of Igbodo Kingdom.
He added that the wickedness of evil men and women has continued to hinder the success of the youths, especially those at home but said with their faith and trust in God, the table will turn around for good.
The traditional ruler disclosed that good things are coming to Igbodo Kingdom, urging his people to continue to embrace God and avoid evil.
The Bishop of Ika Diocese, Rt. Revd. Godfrey Ekpenisi, Rev. Fr. Bernard Oleru, Apostle Okwuchukwu Agada, and others, in their separate sermons and prayers, said there is no doubt that Igbodo is blessed, saying that Igbodo is one of the most civilized Kingdoms in the country.
They noted that in an attempt to get rich quickly and amass wealth, some of the young people in Ika land have stained their hands with various degrees of evil, saying that it has become their lifestyle.
The ministers of God disclosed that some of the youths have shared innocent blood just to make quick money and buy flashy cars and houses, noting that those who practice evil in Igbodo land will die in their evil ways unless they repent.
They added that no man or woman will stop the blessing of God for His people, hinting that every altar that is not planted by God will be uprooted.
The preachers enjoined parents to caution their children to desist from any form of evil, saying that rituals, yahoo, yahoo, witchcraft, idolatry, cultism, and all forms of evil bring death and destruction.
The youths were then enjoined to desist from any form of evil so as to prevent the wrath of God, and instead be blessed by God.
