History has been made in Ika nation and in Nigeria at large as Mrs. Priscilla Eleje, Née Okoh, an indigene of Ndobu Quarters Igbodo in Ika North East Local Government Area of Delta State became the first female Director of Currency Operations, Central Bank of Nigeria to have her signature on the Nigerian Naira.

Mrs. Eleje is a psychology graduate of the University of Jos, Nigeria. Mrs. Eleje is an alumnus of the prestigious Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship programme, Banking and Management at Boston University, Massachusetts, USA. She is also a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA).
Meanwhile, the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the “First Lithonia Medical Center” Atlanta Georgia, United States of America and Chairman of the Delta State Primary Health Care Development Agency Dr. (Mrs.) Isioma Okobah, has congratulated her cousin, the Director of Currency Operations, Central Bank of Nigeria Mrs. Priscilla Eleje née Okoh, on her achievement as the first female Director of Currency Operations and first Nigerian woman to have her signature on the Nigerian Naira, in the history of the country.
In a congratulatory message to Mrs. Eleje, Dr. Okobah said, “My dear sister, I am so proud and pleased to see you accomplishing great things.
