A reserved apology is hereby tendered to Owa Monarch, Elders and Chiefs of Owa-Ekei community, especially, Chief Augustine Melekwe, the Okirigwe of Owa Kingdom whose character was assassinated in the last publication made in Ika Weekly Newspaper edition Vol 4: No 34 Saturday November 25-Saturday December 2, 2107.
