The State Primary Health Care Development Agency is to mark the 2017 Maternal Newborn Child Health Care Week (MNCHW), with a Flag off Ceremony of the 2nd Round of the Programme by Her Excellency Dame (Mrs.) Edith Okowa, on 15th December, 2017 at Oshimili South Arcade, Asaba, Delta State.
Dr. (Mrs.) Isioma Theresa Okobah is the Chairman of Delta State Primary Health Care Development Agency.
