MONSIGNOR UZOR CONDOLES WITH FAMILY OF EMMANUEL OBUH
Says Tomorrow Exists Only By Faith

The Parish Priest of Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church Agbor, Ika South Local Government Area of Delta State, Rev. Monsignor Dr. Peter Uzor, has commiserated with the family of Obuh, who lost their son, late Emmanuel Obuh, to the cold hands of death on Sunday June 4th, 2023.
Monsignor, while expressing his sympathy towards the sudden passing away of late Emmanuel, disclosed that tomorrow exists only by faith, urging people to live their lives as though is their last moment on earth.
While calling on all to live at peace with their neighbours, he noted that Sunday June 4th, was for Emmanuel, maintaining that nobody knows who will be next. He prayed God to receive the soul of Emmanuel and grant him eternal life.
According to eye witnesses, “The deceased slumped while playing football and was rushed to a hospital, where the doctor on duty failed to attend to him.

Eye witnesses further noted that the said doctor was on a video call celebrating his birthday anniversary with friends. As a result, the deceased was rushed to different hospital where doctors confirmed him dead.
Before his death, late Emmanuel Obuh, was a dedicated member of the Roman Catholic Church, who worshipped with Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church, Agbor.
He was a member of the Parish Youth Choir as an organist. He played the organ during 9:am mass of that fateful day. He got married last year 2022 and his wife gave birth last month to a set of twins, both girls.
Some parishioners of St. John the Baptist Church, who spoke with our reporter said late Emmanuel was a dedicated member of the Parish, most especially the Youth Choir. They then prayed God to grant his soul eternal rest.
