Multiple deaths were averted on the morning of Monday, November 8, 2021, as the tipper failed brake along the busy Old Lagos/Asaba Road, Agbor, Ika South Local Government Area.
According to an eyewitness who claimed anonymity said the tipper driver whose identity is not known because he was not seen at the accident scene was said to have suffered brake failure and in the process rammed into motorists.

As many who troop to the accident scene have continued to wonder how many lives were lost, but God in his mercy has saved his people.
