Multiple deaths were averted on the morning of Monday, November 8, 2021, as the tipper failed brake along the busy Old Lagos/Asaba Road, Agbor, Ika South Local Government Area.
According to an eyewitness who claimed anonymity said the tipper driver whose identity is not known because he was not seen at the accident scene was said to have suffered brake failure and in the process rammed into motorists.
Despite the casualties recorded resulting from the multiple crashes, no life was lost.
As many who troop to the accident scene have continued to wonder how many lives were lost, but God in his mercy has saved his people.
Many motorcyclists were victims of the accident and were rushed to the Central Hospital Agbor for treatment. Car owners who were also victims were seen appreciating God for saving their lives while lamenting their pains over the damages done to their vehicles.
Many people were also seen lamenting the reckless driving of tipper drivers, who they said has no value for lives. They then appealed to the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC), Agbor to caution tipper drivers on their reckless driving, as life has no duplicate.

Meanwhile, the officers of the Motor Traffic Division (MTD), Agbor were also seen at the scene of the accident controlling the traffic jam caused by the accident that last for hours.
