He garnered many awards during his time at the Force due to his bravery and diligent work ethics. This led to the then Police hierarchy rejecting his voluntary retirement from the Force initially but he insisted and stood his ground. He voluntarily retired from the Police Force in March 1979 after 15 years of meritorious service to his fatherland.
Nosegbe then joined Nichemtex, a leading textile industry as Head of the Security unit where he served till his retirement at the mandatory age of 60.
He was an ordained Minister of God and actively served in the Lord’s vineyard in different capacity and until recently the head of the counseling ministry of the Omega Fire Ministries, Oregun Lagos
A beloved father, who was selfless and ensure all his children completed their tertiary education with flying colours. He was a man of the people as he helped those he could with jobs and business opportunities.
He is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, brothers, sister and other relations.
He will be sorely missed.
May his gentle soul rest in the bosom of the Almighty.
