PROPHET IGBODO DONATES TO EWEIFO ORTHOPAEDIC HOME

Prophet Joseph Igbodo, the General Overseer of Divine Faith Evangelical Mission International, in his usual act of benevolence and humanitarian services, has on recently donated mattresses and food items to the patients of Uweifo Orthopaedic Nursing Home, Ewuru, Agbor.

Prophet Igbodo, who is also the proprietor of Job’s Orphanage Home and the proprietor St. Stephen Trust Widows Home, all in Agbor, Ika South LGA of Delta State was accompanied by some of his pastors during the visit. Addressing the workers and inmates of the home who came to welcome him, prophet Joseph Igbodo thanked God for the privilege of life for all to see the day, and recounted how he went round the wards the last time he visited and discovered that most of the patients were Iying on ordinary mat and felt that the patients needed mattresses to enable them relax comfortably, saying, “when I got home, I told members of my church that we needed some mattresses for the patients of Uweifo Orthopaedic home”.
Speaking further, he stated that the ten mattresses should be kept permanently in the home and promised to add more, emphasizing that he wants to make the home comfortable for everyone that comes to the place, for treatment, saying that when patients come and sit on the foams which God has provided, they will receive healing. Continuing, the prophet of God noted that the nursing home needs to have a television set and generator for the patients’ relaxation and to charge their phones. He promised to be sending his technician to the home to service their generator and be providing fuel, to enable the generator serve the patients and workers of the home. Assuring them that by the grace of God, he will try to do his best to make life comfortable for patients and visitors to the Orthopaedic home. Prophet Igbodo, promised to bring people to the home, who will take up one project or the other in uplifting the standard of the nursing home. He informed everyone present that his personal money was not invested on any of the items saying that they were provided by God, through spirited individuals and organizations. He promised that he would continue to partner with the home for the overall good of the community emphasizing that he will visit the home again by the end of November 2017, by the grace of God.
He prayed that God will bring good men and women that will take it upon themselves to rebuild the Orthopaedic Home. Items presented to the home and the patients during the visit include ten mattresses (foams,) bags of rice, cartons of Indomie noddles, cartons of biscuits, cartons of fruit juice, rolls of toiletries, packets of sweet and several packets of tooth paste.
Responding on behalf of Uweifo Orthopaedic home, Mr. Chuks Ashien, thanked Prophet Joseph Igbodo for his love and concern for the Orthopaedic home and the community, saying that they will remain grateful for all his continuous assistance and prayed God to bless Prophet Igbodo and members of his ministry abundantly.
Members of the team who accompanied Prophet Igbodo during the visit are Pastor (Mrs.) Igbodo, Pastor Michael Okwuoma, Pastor Austine Ikpegbu, Pastor Imas Osas, Pastor Patrick Ojougboh, Deaconess Egboh and Brother Chuks Ossai.
