Apart from the laid down rules, other objectives which I set before the House of Representative election were met as election in the area will no longer be business as usual and my ambition was also the reason while some communities were remembered with one or two projects to buy their votes.
Following the advice from my party leaders, I have allowed Nwokolo to go with the judgment of the tribunal for the reason that I did not file the court case timely.
This, according to my leaders, is distraction from planning ahead for stronger APC in Ika nation and the state as a whole. On this ground, I have accepted defeat and I say a big congratulation to Victor Nwokolo for his victory”.
He said he felt great over the large turnout of APC members on his return home for the first meeting, saying that it shows that the people still believe in him, irrespective of whatsoever, describing it as encouragement for him not to lose hope. Continuing, he said that in no distant time a stronger APC will emerge having reconciled all factions of the party.
