A youth mobilizer, under the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Comr. Solomon Nwadiogor has during an interview with Ika Weekly Newspaper Reporter, on Tuesday, January 12, 2021, declared that the Ika South Local Government Council, Barr. Victor Okoh deserves second tenure, advising that the imposition of candidates on electorates should be stopped, describing the act as unjust, oppressive and intimidating.
Speaking further, Comr. Nwadiogor said Governor Okowa has disappointed the good people of Delta State, particularly Ika nation where he fails from. He stressed that when Hon. Barr. Victor Nwokolo was contesting for the position he is occupying at the National Assembly, Abuja, it was Governor Okowa who came out boldly to address the masses at Ika National Hall, saying that there is no second tenure in political offices like the Chairmanship position at the Local Government Councils and that he also assured Ika South people that if Victor Nwokolo of Igbodo in Ika Northeast serves for one tenure in office another person will be elected from Ika South to serve.
Continuing, he stated that the most annoying is that Governor Okowa after making all the fake promises before his people, supported Nwokolo for second and third tenures. He noted that when you take a very good look at the scorecards of the two immediate past Local Government Council Chairmen, Hon. Barr. Victor Ebonka and Hon. Barr. Victor Okoh, one will discover that both of them did their best when it comes to infrastructural development.
According to Nwadiagor, “Barr. Victor Okoh, made effort to build market, renovate Ika South Local Government Council, built Police Station at Abavo, and many others.
On the other hand, he said, Hon. Barr. Victor Ebonka aka Alan K. K also did same in Ika Northeast. My question here is what actually made Okowa to return Barr Ebonka to complete his second tenure and abandoned Barr. Okoh? This is indeed injustice in Ika Land. Festus Iweriebor did double of what Barr. Ebonka has done, yet Governor Okowa said there is no second tenure” he said.
In addition, Comr. Nwadiagor said it is also the same Okowa who assured that there no second tenure that has endorsed Victor Ebonka. He said that he is not against the progress of Barr. Ebonka neither is he against his political career, saying but he as an indigene of Ute kingdom, is not happy with the way and manner, Ika South is being treated politically.
He therefore advised the people of Ika South whom he said have sold their political birth rights to wake up and fight for what belongs to them before it is too late. He noted that Sebastian Okoh is the man who God has sent to deliver Ika Nation from oppression just like He used Moses to deliver Israelites from the land of Egypt. He said Sebastian Okoh is the only reliable political leader in Ika nation.

Proceeding, he disclosed that his joy is APC has produced a viable candidate; Frank Felix, who is a native of Owa Oyibu Community to run for the March 2021 Local Government Council Election.
He then used the medium to congratulate Mr. Felix on his emergence as APC candidate. He charged the good people of Ika nation to support Sebastian to better Ika nation. He assured that the forthcoming LG election will be free and fair, on like before when PDP leaders will wake up from their slumber and hijack the ballot box, saying but this time, the results will be properly counted after the elections.
