While narrating the unpleasant incident, the mother a petty trader at Ogwushi-Uku park, College Junction, Agbor, who hails from Ebonyi State noted that the life of her daughter was caught short by ritualists.
She said on that fateful Wednesday, which was 19th May, after making lunch, Miracle left home for midweek fellowship as usual at Jehovah Shammah Fire and Miracle Ministry, Alihame, noting that she relocated from Alihame barely a month and some weeks.
In her words, “My daughter just clocked 13th years on the 2nd of April, this year. The only places she goes to, is the Church, school (Alihame Mixed Secondary School Alihame, Agbor) and sometimes she help hawk bananas and pineapples.
“That day, I waited for her to return but to no avail. I became worried, I called her cell phone, surprisingly, and the voice of a young boy answered and said he picked the phone behind School of Nursing, Agbor.
“I called my Pastor; he drove to my house that night with one of our Church members who said he dropped Miracle off at the same spot a boy claimed to have picked her phone at the close of fellowship.
“We went round that night, but no trace. I could not go to sleep. The next morning, pastor came; we all went looking for her. When we got to the back of Agbor Correction Center, we saw blood flowing down to School of Nursing, where we saw her body laid in a bush.
“She was stabbed in the heart, her heart and kidney removed and one of her arms was broken”.
She disclosed that the father of Miracle, Mr. Nwafor died a year after she was born, appropriately twelve years ago, saying that the little girl has been her help. She said together they put food on their table.
Continuing, she questioned, “Who stabbed me this deep without pity, who did this to me, where do I go from here? She would have been allowed to represent her late father. The life God took time in creating was crushed just in a twinkle of an eye”.
