WILL RATHER DIE THAN FAIL TO DELIVER OKOWA IN 2019 – Hilary Ibude

Feb 20, 2018

A former chairman of Ika South Local Government, Hon Hilary Fada Ibude, has said that he would rather take poison and die than fail to deliver in Okowa re-election bid in 2019. Hon. Ibude who presently is a Special Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Security, stated this recently at Agbor while addressing unit co-ordinators and members of TEAM SMART.

According to the former council boss and Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP) Chieftain, “Governor Ifeanyi Okowa has done well in all sectors of governance. Okowa has performed more than our expectations. Testimonies about Okowa’s achievements as governor abound everywhere in the state. The governor has proved to us through his achievements so far that he is a visionary, selfless and focused leader whose top priority is the growth and development of his people. The best way to appreciate a performing governor like Okowa is to re-elect him into office in 2019.The major task ahead is for us to work towards Okowa’s victory in 2019.”

He went further to say that anyone against Okowa’s re-election is an agent of retrogression, noting that Deltans will benefit more if Okowa continues as governor till 2023.He therefore called for massive campaign among TEAM SMART members in the area, assuring that the opposition will be humiliated in the next general elections.
