Dr. Chukwuka Ranked UNIDEL Best Researcher
The AD Scientific Index, using the h-index, has identified Dr Ernest Jebolise Chukwuka of the Department of Entrepreneurship as the foremost researcher in the University of Delta for 2026.
Dr. Chukwuka gained this ranking based on his researches in the areas of Entrepreneurial Management, Strategic Management, International Business, and Entrepreneurial Leadership
In a ranking released recently, 24 other researchers from the University were also ranked out of 183 researchers from the Institution recognized by AD Scientific Index.

According to Scientific Index, the University’s scientists were particularly concentrated in Social Sciences and Humanities (53 scientists), Business & Management (18 scientists), and Education (16 scientists).
The h-index is a metric used to measure a researcher’s productivity and citation impact by balancing the number of publications and the number of citations each received.
Meanwhile, the Vice Chancellor, University of Delta, Prof. Stella Chiemeke, has commended Dr. Chukwuka for his noble achievement. She described him as being the embodiment of the academic aggression expected of all lecturers in the Institution.
She charged other researchers yet to make impact in the world of academic to redouble their efforts to be counted among world’s recognized researchers, and said that UNIDEL must always be identified with excellence.
